Cancellations
24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or re-schedule appointments. We ask this as a courtesy to other guest and to our spa specialists, and so that you may avoid a 50% late cancellation or no-show fee.
Appointments begin promptly as scheduled. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the spa specialist to be on time for the remaining day. Please arrive 15 min. prior to your treatment to change and enjoy our spa facility.
